Event Programmes train as a group or on your own towards a specific event. I help you get to the start line confidently and the finish line comfortably.

What are Event Programmes?
Each year Só Você (Only You) - Health & Fitness puts together groups to train together and attend events. This is a chance for people to challenge themselves and achieve goals they thought were out of their reach.

Past programmes have included the Hamilton Round the Bridges 12km, Huntly Half Marathon and Auckland Marathon.

Training programme (run or walk) to get you to the finish line
Weekly evaluation & catch up to make sure you are progressing
Só Você team race start on the day
Stretching and recovery knowledge to reduce chances of injury
