At-Home Workout Consultation

An At-Home Workout Consultation is a personal one hour consultation at your place we a Mobile Personal Trainer. With your goals in mind the trainer will help you design a programme to achieve your goals.

Programme Includes
One hour 1-on-1 session with Mobile Personal Trainer.
Initial measurements, postural analysis and functional movement testing.
Discussion around current activity levels, habits, barriers, injuries (past & present) and nutrition.
Goals discussion & planning.
Nutrition discussion & recommendations.
Training ideas.
Create plans in implementing changes & creating a space for working out in current daily life.

This session will leave you motivated & empowered to start your workout programme at home.
