My name is Karina Ormsby.
I am a Mobile Personal Trainer located in Hamilton, New Zealand.

My aim is to help YOU achieve YOUR health, fitness & well-being goals.
I provide a supportive, non-judgemental environment for you to feel safe & relaxed.

I have always been involved in sport and enjoyed being fit.  In 2009, while running my first marathon I made the decision to help more people learn to love moving, learn to challenge themselves & to make time to focus on their own well-being.  As a Personal Trainer in Hamilton I get to work with amazing people & together we work towards their goals.

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Sport & Exercise Science
  • Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science

My high level of training, along with my personal experiences have provided me with a strong knowledge base.  I have a focus on technique in all my sessions & provide adaptions for rehabilitation.  I believe that we can make ourselves fitter & stronger, without being in pain.

As well as having a passion for fitness & health, I am married & have two beautiful daughters (11 & 9 years old). I understand the pressures of being a parent, working, running a household & trying to do everything for everyone.  NOW is the time to start doing something for you!
